Brandon Jennings,
Thanks for reaching out regarding the peanut, cashew or pistachio used in our products.
The www.latejuly.com follows all government regulations regarding the labeling of our products. In the case of the top 9 allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, fish, wheat, soy, shellfish and sesame) we list those ingredients in the product ingredient statement, no matter how small the amount might be. We do not include any of those items under the broader listings of "spices" or "natural flavors". We recommend that consumers always check the ingredient statement and evaluate the product based on the statement.
In regards to possible cross contact between products, we use an extensive and effective sanitation procedure in between different processing operations, and efforts are made to prevent any possible cross contact to the greatest practical extent.
I hope I've been able to answer your question. Please contact Consumer Care at 888-85-SNACK or visit www.latejuly.com website if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Ragane R.

randon Jennings,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our Late July Salsas are currently made in a facility that does not process tree nuts. Regarding our various Tortilla chips, we make these products in multiple facilities. One manufacturing facility is producing another product that uses coconut flour as an ingredient. The site maintains a solid allergen management program that includes product scheduling as well as a validated allergen changeover.
If you have additional questions, please contact our Consumer Care Team at 888-85-SNACK or visit www.latejuly.com website.
Sincerely,
Ragane R.
